Shipping Info
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7-20 business days from the date that it is placed.
Verification
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Shipping
We offer two shipping methods as below:
Postal Shipping(10-20) Business Days.
Express Shipping(7-12) Business Days.
We offer free postal shipping for all the orders over $109.
Postal Shipping Service
Order processing: 3-7 days. Order delivery: 10-20 days. The items you ordered will reach you within 13-25 days.
Express Shipping Service
Order processing: 3-7 days. Order delivery: 7-12 days. The items you ordered will reach you within 10-15 days.
Processing Time
After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-7days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Chinese Holiday Reminder
During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day and New Year, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, which means that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.
Notice: Please Keep in mind that the above-suggested shipping time is no deadline. Uncontrollable factors such as mailing volumes, holidays and weather determine whether deliveries can be made early or on time. Please wait 5-10 days more after the estimated time of arrival.
